Your One Memorable Cook For 2021


I'm interested in seeing/hearing what a memorable cook might have been for you this year. I can't let a fall pass by without representation of my favorite seasonal veggie, the sweet potato! Having used this tuber in tostadas, salads, tacos, mashers, and just straight up wedges, you may think I might have tired of coming up with new recipes that center this orange-fleshed sweet spud, but I'll take any excuse to cook some up.
